1. What is your Return Policy?
Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.
We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

2. How do I check that my Order is Confirmed?

3. Can I Cancel or Update my Order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including modifying or canceling the order, please contact us as soon as you place the order, as our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to forward orders once they leave our warehouse, only address changes on orders that are in stock
- So please be sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign for and receive your order
- If you still want to try to forward your package, please contact the shipping company directly to see if this is possible.

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking.8. My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
